As part of the 2016 State financing programme published in December 2015, Agence France Trésor announces the creation of a new 20-year OAT, the OAT 25 May 2036, and a new 50-year OAT, the OAT 25 May 2066. Details on these new bonds will be announced later on. They will be issued by syndication in the following days, depending on market conditions.
The joint lead managers will be Barclays, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, HSBC, Morgan Stanley and SG CIB. All primary dealers (SVT) will be part of the syndicate.
These new bonds will be reopened afterwards, according to investors demand and in order to ensure their liquidity.
