Agency France Trésor announces the creation of the OAT 4% 25 April 2013. This bond will be auctioned for the first time on 6 March 2003 at 11am Paris time, for a minimum nominal amount of EUR 5 bn. It will be the only fixed rate bond auctioned that day.
The precise amount will be communicated on Friday 28 February 2003. This OAT will be eligible to stripping operations on Tuesday 11 March 2003 (settlement date).
This OAT will be furthermore regularly auctioned according to investors demand and in order to guarantee its liquidity.
