Agence France Trésor announces the creation of the BTAN 3.75% 12 September 2010. This BTAN will be auctioned for the first time on Thursday May 15th 2008 at 10.50 AM Paris time (settlement on Mai 20th 2008). The amount issued will be between 4.5 and 5.0 billion euros.
