Antoine Deruennes
Chief Executive

Antoine Deruennes was appointed Chief Executive of Agence France Trésor on 5 October 2023.

M.Deruennes is a graduate of the École polytechnique, the London School of Economics and the École nationale de la statistique et de l'administration économique (ENSAE). With over twenty years working on economic and financial topics in central government and at the European Commission, he spent a significant part of his career at the French Treasury, which he joined in 2008.

After an earlier spell at the AFT as Deputy Chief Executive from 2016 to 2019, Antoine Deruennes was appointed Head of the Public Policy Department within the French Treasury in January 2020 to advise the Minister for Economy and Finance on public finances and on economic challenges in the areas of employment, taxation, green transition, social and sectoral policies.

Julika Courtade-Gross
Deputy Chief Executive

Julika Courtade-Gross has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive of Agence France Trésor on 1 August 2021.

Julika Courtade-Gross is a graduate of the École Nationale d’Administration (ENA) and the Institute of Political Studies in Paris. In 2010, she joined the Directorate General of the Treasury, where she held various positions in the Macroeconomic Policies and European Affairs Department, before working in the Banking Affairs Division within the Financial Sector Department. She then moved to Siemens AG in 2014, where she served as Business Development Manager for Siemens Financial Services SAS, before being appointed Secretary General, Director of Communication and Public Affairs and member of the Executive Committee of Siemens SAS. After her return to the Treasury, she served as Head of the Export Credits and International Guarantees Bureau, where she oversaw government export guarantees.
